Returns policy

We at work hard to provide our customers with handmade items at impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you did not like the fit, colour or design simply return/exchange the product within 3 days of delivery. To return/exchange a product, use our easy online returns process by logging in to your account. The Return process – (Online Return/Exchange) You can return or exchange an item online at by following the below steps. > Log in to the ‘My Account’ section at > Select the product that needs to be returned/exchanged . Follow the steps and fill in the required information to complete the process. If you need to return , please remember few points :- -Returns/exchange request need to be within 3 days of the delivery of product. -Please fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds. -All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons,and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted. – Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable. – In case you receive a damaged/defective products, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at [email protected] . If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service. Non-returnable categories- Any product which falls under Non-returnable category will be disclosed at seller shop or product description itself unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our Seller.

How do you return?

Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners. Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 100 towards your shipping costs as a voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our sellers place. Shipping Address for self-ship product/s:- You will get seller address once you raise Return request. Return Form is an easy-to-fill form that allows you to return the received shipment to us. The Return Form is included in the shipment parcel along with your order. If you have misplaced the return form, get the same from our product return section or email us at [email protected] to get the form. Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet. Refund options for you- The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:
  • Money back to the paid account/ credit card for all online orders.

Shipping Policy :-

We at Prattya know how important it is to deliver your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible. Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 5-7 workings days after it has been dispatched from our sellers place. Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value. For Products valued less than 1000/- we will charge actual shipment charges extra. The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by us.

Cancellation Policy :- reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Cash On Delivery Policy :-
